We ask that when your order arrives, you inspect it upon receipt & notify us immediately if there is any issues.
Please contact us and we will arrange a return label for you.
Once your item is returned to us, we will inspect it on arrival. If there is any issues with the item, any damage or signs of wear, you will not be permitted to a refund. If your item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent, we will issue a refund, minus postage costs, via the original payment method. Please note this may take up to 10-15 workings day to appear back in your account.
