Service Description

All bridal appointments are subject to a £20 fee, which is redeemable against the purchase of a gown and also includes a private room for you and up to 3 of your guests. Clients may also visit our boutique free of charge to browse, however, we strongly recommend getting in touch with us beforehand to avoid disappointment as the boutique doors are closed during appointments in progress. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@katyakatya.co.uk. Please note a 72 hours’ notice is required otherwise we will not be able to fill the slot and refund your booking fee/transfer your booking fee towards a new appointment. Please note that KATYA KATYA holds the right to cancel your appointment 72 hours prior to your booked in date.
